With its corporate headquarters in Orange, California, DSSC is an administrative services center who deals in building relationships with some of the nations top consumer financial service law firms. In response to deteriorating financial conditions and increased regulation in the debt settlement industry, DSSC has positioned itself as an administrative leader with a new array of non-legal services to better assist law firms in becoming more efficient and productive.

In the past year, DSSC has been able to solidify exclusive business relationships with state specific law firms throughout the U.S. and Canada. Although these firms are contracting DSSC to do work, DSSC is very selective with who they do business with. Due to the negative reputation built by many law firms in the debt settlement industry, DSSC only contracts with firms who have been in business for at least one year. Additionally all firms must have an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau. DSSC also requires that these firms are compliant at both State and Federal levels.
